Jeff Fralick is a climate scientist and environmental and sustainability advocate based in Washington, DC. He is currently a Hydrofluorocarbons (HFC) Fellow at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC).

At NRDC, I help execute the team’s domestic and international HFC reduction strategies under the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act and the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol, respectively. I also contribute to work on other non-CO2 climate pollutants, such as sulfur hexafluoride (SF6).
